Your unit installation schedule is set and clustered based on the proximity of other unit installations scheduled for the day. Requesting a morning schedule can be accommodated based on availability.
The standard installation time ranges from 1–2 hours for 1.0–2.0 HP units and 2–3 hours for 2.5–3.0 HP (or more), or shorter if conditions are more favorable.
Delays with set schedules may affect subsequent appointments. We will send you an advance notice for any changes due to delays or earlier arrivals.
Cash payments are charged after the unit installation, while credit card payments are processed before the installation.
The paying customer should be on-site during installation to discuss the estimated cost and proposed unit placements with our technicians before the installation starts.
The paying customer must inform the office before our technicians arrive for special instructions or requests regarding the unit installation procedure.
Special requests or requests for unit placements/installation must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to the set schedule. Failure to do so may result in our technicians being unable to accommodate these requests upon arrival at the site.
All installations completed will be considered final and accepted by the customer.
By accepting the plan and layout prior to the installation of the AC unit/s, the customer also accepts that any changes during and after the installation of units are subject to additional labor fees and charges.
Remote controls are not included in the warranty as these are considered accessories by manufacturers. Defective remote controls can still be replaced if damaged or defective if reported at least 24 hours upon installation.
As we sell brand new and sealed units, changing of units after the box has been opened is not allowed and is considered good as sold. We can only change with the same brand and model if the unit is damaged or defective under warranty claims.
Defective units can only be replaced within 7 days of the installation date. After this period, unit defects will not be eligible for replacement but will be processed for parts replacement under warranty.
The seller shall have the option to take possession of all merchandise mentioned herein sold to the buyer, and remains the property of AJ3COOLAIRE, until unit/s and additional charges are paid in full.
